Incase you want to exchange your received product due to any damage issues, it can only be done at the time of receiving your product from our delivery partner. Once the delivery partner leaves your premises, your product will not be eligible for any exchanges.

Please note that we do not accept returns of any of our products as they are checked twice before they are sent to the customer for delivery.

But incase you receive your product defective and you fail to check it at the time of delivery, you can raise a concern by writing an email to us along with the video of unboxing of the parcel received. Our logistics partner representative will collect the parcel from your doorstep within 5 working days.

Note: It is mandatory to capture a video/photo of shipping the package or handling it to our logistics partner incase of any returns.
